1. Use of the Website

• You may browse the Website and play the demos for personal or evaluation purposes.
• You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, demos, artwork or code without written permission.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the Website, its forms or its hosting, or submit false or harmful information.

2. Project Quotes & Agreements

• Quotes, timelines and estimates shared by email, chat or the contact form are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
• The scope, deliverables, milestones, price and payment schedule of each project are defined in that proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
• Free concepts or sample work shared before an agreement remain our property unless the project goes ahead.

3. Payments

• Work is usually billed in milestones. Each milestone is due as stated on the invoice.
• We may pause work on a project while a due payment is outstanding.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise; applicable taxes are added as required by law.

4. Revisions & Changes

Each proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Changes outside the agreed scope, or extra revision rounds, may be quoted separately and may change the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including source files where the agreement includes them.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, frameworks and pre-existing assets; where these are used in a project, the client receives a licence to use them as part of that project.
• Unless the client asks otherwise in writing, we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We keep client information, game ideas and unreleased material confidential. A separate NDA is available on request and takes priority over this section.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Games may be published on platforms such as Google Play, the App Store, Steam or ad networks. Each platform's own rules, approval process and fees apply, and we cannot guarantee a platform's approval, ranking or revenue.

8. Our Games & Demos

Our own games and the demos on this Website are provided "as is" for entertainment and evaluation. Purchases and ads inside our published games are handled by the store or ad network concerned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost revenue or data) arising from use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

10. Careers & Applications

Applying for a role does not create an offer of employment. Application data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date.
